Group visits

The University Library (UB) offers guided group visits, introducing our collections and the rich history of the library.

Requesting a group visit

Please fill in our library group visit request form at least three weeks before your intended group visit, to allow us to properly prepare your visit.

Options

After receiving your request, we will inform you of the available options. Options will depend on the availability of our curators and subject librarians, our rooms, and your group’s preferences. We prefer to receive groups during office hours, from Monday through Friday between 09:00 and 17:00.

Individual visits

Visitors are welcome to visit the University Library individually. Please make sure to have a personal library card made at the University Library desk.
