If you find a new job or if your contract is coming to an end, there are a number of matters to consider.

The University has a standard working week of 38 hours. However, you may diverge from this. You may work two more or two fewer hours per week and thus accrue or use extra hours.

For a 38-hour week you have 232 vacation hours per year. If you make use of the flexible hours option, you will have more or fewer vacation hours.
