At the conference ‘Law-Making in Multilevel Settings: Federalism, Europe and Beyond’, Ruben de Graaff and Dorine Verheij provided a lecture on the topic of ‘EU Regulations and the Spirit of Codification’.

The Institute of Private Law is located in the Kamerlingh Onnes Building.

On Friday 23 November 2018 Professor W. (Willemien) den Ouden and Professor J.E. (Jacobine) van den Brink acted as keynote speakers at a conference entitled Private Enforcement of European Competition and State Aid Law: Current challenges and the way forward.

The aim of this PhD dissertation project is to study the effect of private foreign investment outside the realm of economics in the context of a colonial structure in Indonesia between c. 1910 and c. 1960.
